The user navigates through the service by herself, finds relevant information, and realizes her goals. Self-service solutions save time and money for many of our customers.
LOOKUP IN REGISTERS
We can do automatic check against databases and public records as part of the authentication procedures. We can also retrieve information in ways that simplify user tasks, such as prefilling parts of an online form.
INTEGRATION AND STORAGE
Automatic storage and retrieval of information from filing- and case management systems reduces manual work. We can create integrations to most systems, and we allready have such solutions for ie. IIPAX and ePhorte.
SAVE FOR LATER
In some services it's useful to be able to complete a started form later. In those cases we offer different ways to save the filled data temporarily - automatically or at the request of the user, with security level according to needs.
SIGNATURE AND AUTHENTICATION
Authentication: Electronic check of the user's identity through ie. BankID or MinID.
Signature: Legally binding, electronic signing of documents and agreements. Also performed with BankID or equivalent service depending on the country where the service is used.
RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION
A receipt is a confirmation of the completed process and can be given in several ways. Customers usually want either a receipt in the browser, the ability to download a PDF, or as an attachment or link sent by email.
